Abstract Container 16 is a folder with the blueprints and history of 2201 South Fillmore St, Observatory Park. The house was first built in 1891 for Herbert A Howe and his family, so that he could live close to the Chamberlin Observatory. While uncomfirmed, it's assumed the house was designed by Robert S Roeschlaub.
