Abstract
Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. A. Rapoport, on Oct. 17, 1906. The letter informs Mr. Rapoport that his application to JCRS is not properly made out. Please answer the important questions that were omitted on the postcard that is enclosed in this letter. The first question is "To what benificial societies or lodges do you belong?" and the second question is "Give the name and address of your nearest relative or friend, stating the relationship." The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
