Typed letter from the United Jewish Social Agencies to Dr. Chas. D. Spivak (Dr. C. D. Spivak), on December 14, 1923. The letter inquires information regarding Anna Levinson at JCRS. The letter is signed (Ms.) M. Weiner. On the back of this letter is a typed letter from JCRS to Mrs. M. Weiner, on December 20, 1923. The letter informs Mrs. Weiner that Mrs. Anna Levinson was admitted to JCRS on September 30, 1906 and passed away November 25, 1906. The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
