Letter from C.D. Spivak to B. Wigatow, 1912 March 27
Abstract
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to B. Wigatow. Spivak tells Wigatow that his stay at the sanatorium will terminate on Friday, March 29th. Spivak also explains that Wigatow entered the sanatorium to repair his shattered health which JCRS has given him the necessary means to fight off his tuberculosis. Spivak also tells Wigatow that JCRS considers graded work one of the remedial measures and Wigatow refused to perform the work assigned to him by his physician. Spivak tells Wigatow that because of his refusal to do the work he cannot benefit from the services of the sanatorium any longer and his actions would be detrimental to the other patients.
