There is a gold seal of the Children's Hospital Association, Denver, Colorado on the certificate. Dr. Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) was an intern at Children's Hospital from 1924-1926 and practiced pediatric medicine in Denver, Colorado from 1926 until his death in 1952. He was also on staff at the Children's Hospital in Denver.
