Spivak tells him that Greenberg filed an application on December 31, 1907 and as soon as there is vacancy JCRS will admit Greenberg. Spivak tells Ginsburg that the sanatorium is currently overcrowded with seventy-two patients, as well as a wait list between sixty to seventy applicants.

Spivak tells Kohn that quick action for an examination is preferred to avoid complications with Schwartz being sent to Denver. Spivak asks Kohn to take her case.
