Cable tells Spivak that an immigrant by the name of Rosche Schwartz arrived at the port of New York on the SS Pennsylvania. Cable tells Spivak that JCRS is advised to make arrangements to transfer Schwartz to JCRS so that they can examine her tuberculosis. Cable also says that monthly reports should be sent to him showing the progress of Schwartz’s health.
