Abstract Jordon Perlmutter was born in 1931 to immigrant parents and died in Denver on December 7, 2015. He was a Denver builder, real estate developer, and property manager. In 1951, he founded Perl-Mack Enterprises with his cousin Sam Primack. Perl Mack introduced the concept of planned communities in Denver in Northglenn, Southglenn and Montbello.
