Larry Loeb, a native of Denver, dominated the local tennis scene during the late 1970s, served as head pro at the Denver Tennis Club, and represented the United States at the Maccabiah Games in 1977. He also competed in New Zealand during his heyday, winning the N.Z National Championships in 1979.
