Rabbi Daniel Goldberger (1924-2007) was a prominent individual in the Denver Jewish community. He married Ida Goldberger (1924- ) in 1947. Daniel Goldberger was born in New York City and received his and Master's degree from the University of Chicago in 1950. Goldberger was a member of the first Jewish-Catholic interfaith dialogue, and was very active in both Jewish and non-Jewish community organizations. Rabbi Earl Stone was born in 1914 in Pennsylvania and attended Syracuse University and was ordained before moving to Chicago to serve as the assistant rabbi at Temple Isaiah Israel. He served with General Patton's staff in World War II and was decorated with the Presidential Unit Citation, six battle stars, three bronze arrows, and the bronze star.
