Abstract Folder contains 3 calendars: - The 1937 "Deutschalnder Ski Kalendar" is entriely in German and has tearable sheets, of which all sheet up till Ocetober have been torn out. October 17th is the first week. Each week includes ski or mountain imagery. - the 1947 "Ski Calendar for Engagements" is a weekly, comb-bound calendar with images on each week. This photograph, taken during the 1970 University of Denver Winter Carnival, shows a larger-than-life snow sculture of a skiier at the bottom of a ski slope, next to the finish line of the Winter Carnival ski race.

Scope and Contents

Series one contains scrapbooks, photographs, newspaper clippings and magazine clippings relating to Sonja Savig's time at the University of Denver as a student. The material relates to her time on the Ski Team and in the theatre department both as a student and faculty member.
