C. and was signed by the President and Secretary of B'nai B'rith. Milton Louis Anfenger served as president of the Denver Lodge No. 171 and as president and treasurer of B'nai B'rith Grand Lodge No. 2. Milton Anfenger was also a Colorado state senator and an attorney.
