Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Rubin Goldberg [Reuben Goldberg] in Edgewater, Colorado informs tha the Admission and Dismission Committee of JCRS has decided to admit Reuben Goldberg to the Sanatorium. Informs that by presenting this letter to the Superintendent Goldberg will be assigned to a tent. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
