This is a framed picture of a young boy. The frame itself is small and black, with scratches and scuff marks. There is something illegible written in pencil on the front of the picture. The picture itself shows a young boy, possibly Frank Loeb, in a decorative outfit sitting on a chair and posing for the picture.
