Abstract
This collection contains newspaper clippings, meeting minutes and annual reports, and various media related to the University of Denver Bridge Project. The Bridge Project is a program run by the Graduate School for Social Work at the University of Denver (DU). It's purpose is to encourage and support at-risk youth from preschool to college.

Biographical / Historical
The University of Denver Bridge Project was started in 1991 by the Graduate School of Social Work in cooperation with community members and leaders. The intention is to encourage and support the education of youth living in Denver's public housing neighborhoods to graduate from high school and either continue on to college or to enter a trade of some kind. The project also encourages self-sufficiency and continuing education.

Scope and Contents
This collection is divided into two series. Series 1 contains administrative papers such as minutes and reports. Series 2 contains various types of media including DVDs, VHS tapes, and photo CDs.
