Abstract
Erik Bluemel, Professor at Sturm School of Law. Bluemel teaches Indigenous Peoples in International Law, and his scholarship has covered areas of indigenous peoples' law such as access to, and protection of, sacred sites in the United States and indigenous peoples' participatory rights in international laws, such as the Convention of Biological Diversity and the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
