Program for the University of Denver doctoral, graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremony, June 8, 1996. Honorary degree recipients: Daisaku Ikeda, Doctor of Education; Condoleezza Rice, Doctor of Education, Dr. Rice holds both a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a doctor of philosophy in international studies from the University of Denver; Richard C. Webb, Doctor of Science, founder of the Colorado Research Corporation, Colorado Instruments, Inc. and the Data Ray Corporation. Remarks were given by Condoleezza Rice, Provost of Stanford University. The closing remarks were given by Daniel L. Ritchie, Chancellor of the University.
