Abstract
Senator Peter H. Dominick (R-Colo.) participates in a panel discussion during the 971st consecutive broadcast of Georgetown University's radio program, Georgetown University forum, on June 21, 1965. Sen. Dominick, Dr. Lev E. Dobriansky, Chairman of the National Captive Nations Committee and Professor of Soviet Economics, Georgetown University, and Representative Michael A. Feighan (D-Ohio) discuss topics related to Captive Nations Week including which countries should be designated as under communist domination, the need to differentiate between communist regimes and the people they are governing before calling them communistic, gaining political concessions before increasing trade with communist countries, and the pros and cons of using the Voice of America to increase the spread of U.S. ideas to communist nations.
