Robert M. Gjonovich, District President of the National Association of Post Office and General Services Maintenance Employees (NAPOGSME) presents Sen. Dominick with a plaque from members of the labor union as Ross Messer and Edward Diekemper look on. Senator Dominick served on the U.S. Senate Labor and Public Welfare Committee from January 15, 1965 to January 3, 1975.
