Abstract
Sen. Dominick (R-Colo.), dressed in fatigues, stands in front of a bunker made of sandbags with a group of U. S. Air Force airmen. Left to right are Lieutenant Colonel Frank T. Bryan, from the 4th Air Commando Squadron, First Lieutenant Frank J. Capillupo from the 90th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Technical Sergeant William D. Wilkins from the 823rd Civil Engineering Squadron and Airman First Class James M. Vandapool from the 3rd Combat Support Group. Bien Hoa Air Base was located in south central Southern Vietnam, twenty miles from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). This stop was part of Senator Dominick's fact finding visit to Southeast Asia as a member of the United States Senate Armed Services Committee.
