Abstract
Congressman Dominick (R-Colo.), dressed in a tuxedo, stands behind a podium as he delivers a speech at the NDTA dinner in New York in May, 1961. His wife, Nancy P. Dominick, is seated on his left. The National Defense Transportation Association's members are civilian and military organizations and individuals whose mission is to work together to create a strong transportation and distribution system in the United States. Rep. Dominick was responsible for legislation promoting commerce when he served as a member of the House Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce from March 28, 1961 to January 3, 1963.
