Sen. Dominick (R-Colo.) and Sen. Allott (R-Colo.), on Senator Dominick's right, stand by the Colorado sign on the convention floor at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California, site of the 1964 Republican National Convention. An unidentified man stands with his back to the camera. Sen. Allott was chairman of the 18-member Colorado delegation, which included Sen. Dominick. Senator Dominick presented a portion of the Republican platform to the convention delegates on Tuesday, July 14th.
