Abstract
Two unidentified affiliates toast glasses while completing the sign for the 1963 opera festival. the sign reads, " Central City Opera House Association presents, thirty-second annual opera festival, June 29th through July 27th 1963, Don Giovanni by Wolfgang Amaedus Mozart, english adaptation by Ruth and Thomas Martin; Il Trovatore by Giuseppe Verdi, english translation by Bernard Stambler, music director Emerson Buckley, stage director Nathaniel Merrill, stage designer Robert O'Hearn, associate conductor Thomas Martin, chorus master Roger Dexter Fee, choreographer Mattlyn Gavers."
