Abstract

Portrait of Calvin Marsh, a baritone opera singer from the Metropolitan Opera who performed with the Central City Opera from 1958-1964 in various performances; As Don Pedro in the 1958 production of 'La Perichole,' and as Silvio in 'I Pagliacci,' and as Alfio in 'Cavalleria Rusticana' that same year, in 1961 as Georges Germont in 'La Traviata,' and as Belcore in 'The Elixir of Love,' and in 1964 as Sharpless in the production 'Madame Butterfly.'
