Abstract
Minutes of the Park Hill Action Committee (PHAC) from a meeting held on November 4, 1968 in Denver, Colorado. Issues under discussion include: joint community endeavors between the PHAC and Temple Buell College, the building of facilities for youth recreation, the efforts of the PHAC on behalf of quality integrated schools, and the racial integration of the Park Hill neighborhood. The report of the PHAC Schools sub-committee deals with the issues related to the implementation of the Noel Resolution, a 1968 resolution presented to the Denver Public School (DPS) system that asked the superintendent to develop a plan to integrate the city's schools. The report of the sub-committees on Youth and Recreation, Block Workers, Zoning, and the Membership and Treasurers' reports are also included.
