Abstract

Unprocessed, unsorted materials: Reel-to-reel film (8 reels of various sizes) and other various items related to the work of DRI. Per Prof. Amme, many of the items are likely parts of projects completed by DRI. Items include a "Dual Bridge wire" (used to detect stray radiation - Project Hero, #161), a white cylinder-shaped item, a large (shattered) metal item (likely used in a ballistics test), slides, and other small items composed of various materials.

From the Collection:

The records of the Denver Research Institute (DRI) include annual reports and other departmental information. The annual reports contain information about the projects undertaken by the various divisions and progress of the research. The bulk of the collection consists of the published reports on the various projects undertaken over the years by DRI. The collection covers DRI from its inception until 1985.
