Abstract
A line of twenty men and women are holding Iota Kappa Fraternity pennants and wear hats that read ''I.K.F.'' They are standing at intersection of Colfax Avenue, Cheyenne Place, and Broadway in Denver, Colorado. From left to right: Harry Kaufman, Maimie Denker, Sam Perotin, Tillie Rudofsky, (unknown), Celia Jacobs, Iz Plotkin, Betty Rottman (Alpert), Phil Rossman, Celia Wagner, Joe Melnick, Jessie Bronstine (Sachter), Harry Gibbons, Ann Gibbons, Albert Lenner, Ann Wandel, Dave Wandel, Henrietta Wandel, (unknown), Max Pollock. Behind them is a driver at the wheel of a charabanc. The Smoky Hill Trail/Pioneer Monument and Fountain is visible behind the charabanc. In the background is a tramway car and the Denver Public Library Carnegie building (1910-1956). The buildings on Colfax Avenue include the Franklin Studebaker building and The Stanley Motor Carriage Co. building.

Scope and Contents
The collection contains materials intentionally assembled by the Ira M. and Peryle Hayutin Beck Memorial Archives of Jews in the Rocky Mountain region. The bulk of the photographs are from or related to various towns in Colorado, but the collection also contains photographs from other states in the western United States and other countries. There are some 19th century photograph types represented in the collection, including albumen prints, daguerrotypes, tintypes, post cards, colorized prints, cabinet cards, and cartes-de-visite.
