Abstract
A group of students posed in front of Aaron Gove Junior High School located at Colorado Blvd and 14th Ave, Denver, Colorado. Eight students are identified on the back of the photograph: Front row ninth from left Sara Back, tenth from left Lottie Hillerstein Mapp, third from right Marvin Schwartz; Second row sixth from right Helen Rosenthal Steinberg, seventh from right Celia Atlivaick Meyers, eighth from right Ruth Richman Golden, ninth from right Pauline Gordon, tenth from right Helen Zelenhoff; third row eighth from left Charlotte Seyal Spiegelman. Scope and Contents
The collection contains materials intentionally assembled by the Ira M. and Peryle Hayutin Beck Memorial Archives of Jews in the Rocky Mountain region. The bulk of the photographs are from or related to various towns in Colorado, but the collection also contains photographs from other states in the western United States and other countries. There are some 19th century photograph types represented in the collection, including albumen prints, daguerrotypes, tintypes, post cards, colorized prints, cabinet cards, and cartes-de-visite.
