Ruth Shapiro Charitable Trust, 1997-2006

This folder contains the trust registration statement, information of appointment, a letter to Shapiro's nephew and attorney, the section of Shapiro's estate outlining the details of her charitable trust, and a letter from her nephew, Jacques S. Ruda, to Congregation Zera Abraham and three other institutions (Beth Jacob High School, Yeshiva Toras Chaim, and Hillel Academy) providing them with information about the trust and future payments. Additionally, the folder contains three copies a K1 schedule for the trust. Several letters from Ruda to the treasurer of the congregation discuss matters related to the trust including payments and K1 information. Also included are three account statements.
