Denver Health Rededication, February 1998-2019
Abstract
In 1994, the Denver General Hospital Trauma Center was dedicated to Rabbi Manual Laderman. The dedication included the creation of a bronze bas-relief portrait of Rabbi Manual Laderman. On February 21, 1998 the portrait was moved to the main lobby of Denver Health (successor to Denver General) and a rededication ceremony occurred in 2019. The folder contains correspondence, newsclippings, copies of photographs, an invitation for 1994 dedication, and speeches by Jonathon Perlmutter and Zev Laderman, grandson of Manual and Bess Laderman.

Scope and Contents
The collection contains personal materials, including biographical information, certificates, correspondence, Hachodesh: Women's Branch of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, and Denver Health dedication of the bas relief of Rabbi Manuel Laderman. It contains materials and histories of the Denver Symphony Guild, including files on fundraising, concerts and committees headed by Bess Laderman. There are materials on Denver's Sister City of Karmiel, which Bess Laderman created and chaired from 1978-1989.
