15 miniature notebooks, including stunning sketchbook of artworks in colored pencil, and small black book with extensive autograph journaling and sketches in black ink.

Approx. 35 smaller notebooks/notepads with to-do lists, poetry drafts, drafts of prose works, notes for teaching and reading, and other annotations. Spanning from 1968 to BLH’s later years. Includes a 1968 notebook from Manhattan.

Guest book, with most entries dated to the 1990s. Includes autographs for Keith Abbott, Miriam and Ed Sanders, Jane Dalrymple-Hollo, Anselm Hollo, Joanne Kyger, Phoebe MacAdams, Lucia Berlin, Rosalie Sorrels, Nathaniel Tarn, and others.

3 folders of loose notebook pages, 2 folders of which were specifically removed by BLH.
