Abstract
A large crowd of protesters stand on the steps of the capitol, some holding signs, a few sitting on a statue, the Hilton seen in the background as part of a multi-day Vietnam War protest nicknamed "Woodstock West" that took place both on the University of Denver (DU) campus and downtown Denver, Colorado. Protesters mourn the killings of four students on the Kent State University campus days earlier.
