Subseries 2: Performance, Music, Film:

3 large binders for performances of Life as We Know It (2 binders), and That Was Your Life and You Were There (1 binder). Heavily annotated and sectioned, with significant autograph notebook portions of That Was Your Life.

2 additional printed typescripts of Life as We Know It, including one specified for performance.

1 additional folder and additional section of papers for Life as We Know It, containing printed typescript with autograph annotations.

1 folder for Take Love, for Instance, a performance piece in printed typescript.

1 folder titled “One Woman Shows,” containing mostly printed typescripts with autograph annotations, related to performances and iterations of Take Love, for Instance.

1 folder titled “Monologues,” with work titled “Monologue” as well as extensive printed typescripts with autograph annotations. Also contains drafts related to “Thinking,” Saving Forever, and other works.

2 folders titled “Radio-TV Scripts,” with Talk, a play for radio by BLH. Contains multiple draft copies of Talk in printed typescript, dated 1977 and 1978. Also contains Going Down the Road Feeling Fine, a screenplay by BLH dated 1979, in printed typescript with autograph annotations.

1 folder with printed typescript titled “Taking it to the Stage,” about adapting writing to performance and BLH’s techniques.
