Box contains labeled file folders of notebooks, typescripts, drafts, and other writings related to various works:

Frenchy + Cuban Pete -- Autograph notebook, Oct. 24, 1969. Additional drafts contained in Series II: Notebooks.

The Marketplace / The Sanguine Breast of Margaret -- Folder including bound typescript (Margaret) and annotated typescript (Marketplace), along with additional large bound typescript of Marketplace.

Back to Texas -- Folder with autograph notebook of draft, containing typescript list of corrections and bound annotated typescript. Related audio cassette tapes in Series VII: Audio/Visual.

Filelfo -- 4 folders of autograph notes, autograph drafts, and typescript drafts with extensive autograph annotations. Includes portion of early draft, Filelfo’s Heiress: A Romance, as well as brainstorming through editing, including cut-out typescripts mounted on clean pages with autograph edits.

Save Forever -- Contains multiple printed typescript drafts of work with autograph annotations. This work underwent numerous title changes; it is also identified at times as Total Recall.
