Biographical / Historical
Jane Slusarki-Harris served as the dance director at Colorado State University for over 25 years. She started dancing as a child and graduated from CU with an MFA in 1988 and began teaching dance at CSU the following August. Beginning in 1988, she developed a degree in dance with a versatile curriculum that includes technical and performance training, creatives processes, and pedagogical practice. Jane has taught ballet, modern, improvisation, dance history, dance pedagogy, dance appreciation, and pilates.
