The image depicts Avalokiteshvara with a female consort mirroring Avalokiteshvara's position standing on one leg. The Avalokiteshvara is depicted with four faces in red, blue, white, and green and wearing a headdress. Avalokiteshvara holds several items in his six hands. The background of the image contains nature imagery.
