Abstract

Materials related to Dr. Isaac Poltinnikov. Dr. Poltinnikov was an eye surgeon at Novosibirsk Medical University when he sought permission to immigrate to Israel. He was dismissed from the university and imprisoned on and off. After seven years of harrassment, his wife and daughter Victoria became paranoid and refused to believe that they had finally received permission to emigrate.
