Moses Rothenberg's handwritten application for admittance to JCRS. Includes information such as age (25) and place of birth (U.S.A.). He was single and his nearest relative was his father in Ohio. On the backside it reads he was admitted on February 14, 1912, and died on April 02, 1913; "Buried at Golden Hill No. 347, Blk. 4."

Moses Rothenberg's second handwritten application for admittance to JCRS. Includes information such as age (22), place of birth (New York), and occupation (junk peddler). He was singl and his nearest relatives were his mother and brother in Ohio. There is a post it note stuck the front page that reads "Father belongs to Jishrum Lodge #140 I.O.S.B." On the backside it reads he was admitted on 1907 June 03, and discharged on 1908 February 06.
