Kristy Schloss is CEO and President of Schloss Engineering Company, an environment equipment design and manufacturing firm. She followed her father and grandfather and received an engineering degree from the University of Colorado. She joined her father's engineering company in 1989.

Abstract
Charles Murdock Schloss received his engineering degree from the University of Colorado and joined the Lindrooth Engineering company in 1918. His son Charles (Chuck) M. Schloss joined his father at the engineering firm in 1961. He was in the army for five years in various parts of the United States.
