The University of Denver sold the Lawrence C. Phipps Memorial Conference Center in 2010. The Margaret Rogers Phipps House is the official name designated by the University of Denver for the mansion at the Lawrence C. Phipps Memorial Conference Center. The Georgian Mansion has 33,123 square feet of floor space, which includes 14 rooms on the first floor and seven bedrooms with dressing rooms, suites and baths and a sitting room on the second floor.
