A red and black print poster reads "You may work well, but if you can not save well you're like a good ship without ballast - safe, while the sea is calm, but liable to go down with the first storm. Be prepared for storms - Buy W.S.S. Government Loan Organization. Second Federal Reserve District. War Savings Committee. Form No. 50." Poster text is mostly in blank ink and has a red outside border. In the upper right hand corner is the image of a sailor at the the wheel of a ship.

A poster in black and shades of red reads "You must help to build the bridge if you expect to get across. Invest in the future of America. Victory Liberty Loan. Government Loan Organization. Second Federal Reserve District. Liberty Loan Committee V-358. Poster depicts a bridge with the words "Victory Liberty Loan." The bridge is in the process of being built over a body of water towards a mountain range with the words "National Prosperity" across the mountains.

A poster reads "Your postman sells War Savings Stamps. Give him your order for a weekly supply - he will delivery them to you regularly. Government Loan Organization. Second Federal Reserve District. War Savings Committee. WS-863 - 5/12/19." Poster depicts a mailman holding a bag of mail with one arm extended out holding a piece of paper. The poster is in black and gray with a gray border.
