Box contains one binder labeled "IRS Ruling", five notebooks: health facilities review bonds, Master Index of Documents, Closing Documents, and two modification of credit and loan notbooks, and one large folder containing title documents

Contains 29 folders pertaining to 23 separate trusts and estates.

Three notbooks with information regarding real estate transactions for AMC Property. The sale of the New York building in 1993, propsal for real estate sale from December 1998 and the Due Dilligence Analysis report completed by the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design in October 2002 for the colleges relocation to the AMC Campus.
