Evan Makovsky co-founded Shames Makovsky Realty Company in 1971 with his partner, and uncle, Motty Shames. In the 1980s he formed Shames Makovsky Mortgage Company. Abstract
Jordon Perlmutter was born in 1931 to immigrant parents and died in Denver on December 7, 2015. He was a Denver builder, real estate developer, and property manager. In 1951, he founded Perl-Mack Enterprises with his cousin Sam Primack. Perl Mack introduced the concept of planned communities in Denver in Northglenn, Southglenn and Montbello.
