The collection contains three (3) series: photographs, clippings, and material culture. The photographs include digital copies of a portrait photograph of George G. Klein and two photographs of grave. The clippings include newspaper articles about the murder of police detective George Klein in 1919. The material culture includes a certificate recognizing George Klein for his service with the related dedication event flier, and a Denver Police Museum coin.

Abstract Cantor Jacob Lefkowitz was considered one of the preeminent American-born cantors of the 20th century and composed liturgical music for prayers, psalms, cantatas and recitatives. Lipa Feingold Sheet Music and Patents

Abstract

Lipa Feingold moved to Denver in 1908 with his family and they resided in the city's west Colfax East European Jewish community. Feingold worked as a jeweler, but he composed musical compositions and lyrics in English and Yiddish in his spare time. In 1925 he left Denver for New York City to pursue his musical career in Tin Pan Alley. The collection consists of a number of Feingold's sheet music, bulletins and jewelry patents.
